Lot of 5. 1) A bill, on Nevada Transportation Company stationery, for $515 “FOR MACHINERY FORWARDED FROM TIME TO TIME DURING THE PAST TEN DAYS”, dated 16 May 1871 and addressed to MINERAL HILL MINING CO by Jones Reesfy. 2) A receipt made out to Mr. J. Biggane on 14 April 1906 for “2 NIGHTS LODGINS/ 4 MEALS”, for a total of $3.50. The receipt is marked “PAID BHF/ CHARLES WOOD”, and all is written on PALISADE HOTEL stationery. 3) A letter from D.A. Bender to Huber, written on SISSON, WALLACE & CO/ DEALERS IN/ GENERAL MERCHANDISE AND FAMILY SUPPLIES stationery. This 8 February 1871 letter concerns a house at Winnemucca. 4) A 1907 postcard from Palisade Nevada, showing the town, addressed to Leona Forrest of Butte, MO. 5) A photograph of the train station in Palisade, 1914. - Jacobitz Collection
